"The Prayer Room"
The Prayer Room has been designed as a meeting place
for people who understand there is tremendous value in
prayer. People can share their prayer needs and pray for
others - whether across town or around the world. Our
desire is to get more people praying regularly for the
needs of others and to provide a place for those who
need prayer to access "prayer warriors"
quickly and easily. Through modern technology, it is
possible to have tens, hundreds, or even thousands of
people praying for you. Do you or someone you know need
prayer? The Prayer Room is a place where
you can share your prayer request with others who will
pray for you or the people you love.

be as brief as possible (three to five lines maximum).
The Lord knows the details. Also, please remember to
observe others' privacy where appropriate. In order to
keep this page current, most requests submitted will be
posted on this page for up to 40 days. Please keep us up
to date if prayer requests should be removed earlier.
Prayer requests that were removed after the 40 days may
be "resubmitted" for continued prayer. Please
join with us as we lift these needs up to the all
powerful God of this universe. Remember also to respond
with your Praise Reports as we thank Him for His amazing

Update on my grandson, baby Mederick. They have closed
his chest, however, he still needs prayer for a normal blood
pressure, a lung collapsed for the 2nd time, weaning him off
pain meds, so prayer for pain tolerance, pray (and believe in
that prayer) for Mederick's complete healing (no neurological
or developmental damage).

The 7 month old daugher of friends of mine almost died from
Meningococcemia. Because this disease causes damage to the
tissue as well as to blood vessels, baby Madison had both legs
amputated below the knees, and will probably have one arm
amputated and the other hand amputated. Please pray for
God's peace that knows no understanding to come upon that
family.

a note: We reserve the right to edit the content
of a prayer request or not post it if there is a
concern regarding the appropriateness of a request. We
recommend that steps be taken to preserve privacy
(such as the omission of a last name or sometimes
specific medical information) unless you know for sure
that it would be alright to share that information.
Whenever possible and appropriate, we recommend you
ask permission to add someone to the prayer list.
There is rarely a better feeling when facing a
situation than to be able to say with confidence that
you are part of a prayer team that WILL pray. We
should never use the Prayer Room to
"promote" any particular church or ministry
but to glorify our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ as we
desire to follow His example. The Prayer Room is an
outreach ministry of Calvary Chapel Christian Church
of the Ojai Valley to serve the larger "Body of
Christ". If you have ideas how we can make this
